Pages indexed here contain notes on articles I think may be of particular interest to many people. The articles come mostly from Science, the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition, and the Journal of Nutrition, as I believe these are among the few credible sources for learning the latest research results. To find articles of interest either search for keywords like sugar, diet, weight loss, etc. using the search command, or skim the articles by checking for the latest files about once a month.
