Roc Ordman takes 500 mcg of vitamin B12 once a week. It is mostly fat soluble so once a week is enough to maintain levels all week. Function: Aids metabolism of fats, carbohydrates, and proteins; facilitates blood cell formation; maintains healthy nervous system and skin. It is especially important for maintaining the brain.
