Dear family, friends, everyone on my email list,

If you are taking Triumph which my published paper cites scientific evidence that it is likely to reduce heart disease, cancer, and hip fractures, please send me an email if you would like reminders on dosing.  I have been taking it the 1st, 2nd, 15th, and 16th of each month for a decade, but for beginners, it may be hard to remember. Send an email and I will send reminders on the 30th and 13th each month so you won’t forget.

FROM A WISE READER: OK, we are coming up on the 15th of the month. I don’t know how many of your readers have their TRIUMPH on hand, but I do, and a reminder today or tomorrow of the dosing strategy is probably in order. Can you give me (us) a simple layman’s explanation of the dosing strategy, why you do it this way, and what if any the side effects might be?   I suppose, from past conversations, that one goal is to produce a temporary state of high concentrations of certain chemicals in the bladder.  Does this mean that there will be an extra need to pee, for example, or bright color in the urine?

RESPONSE: The goal of Triumph is to raise the level of vitamin C and K1 along with other safe cancer-killing nutrients twice a month. This is likely to activate enzymes which reduce improper calcification of the circulatory system, and kill cancer cells which may have developed recently. To do this:

On both the 15th and 16th days of the month, when you wake up in the morning, take 4 capsules of Triumph.  Twelve hours later or at bedtime, take another 4 capsules.  That is a total of 16 capsules over the two days.

EFFECT: I do not notice anything different, except urine is very acidic and vitamin C is an anti-coagulant.  It makes urine much more acidic those two days, so it can eat holes when too much leaks onto underwear.  Bleeding cuts take much longer to stop. If I have a major cut, I will wait a few days before I take my high doses.

Thanks, Roc
