SUBJ: NEW welcome to nutrition investigator
SUBTITLE: Please help me help others stay healthier
Please assist me as I try to get more people to get my newsletter to stay conscious of good exercise and nutrition news. Below is the new welcome page I send to new subscribers. There are now about 1,500 weekly readers, but I wish it were 1,500,000, or the entire world. Your editing suggestions are welcome. Thanks, Roc “Nutrition Investigator”
Thank you for looking at my weekly emails with headlines about nutrition research. There is a growing shortage of doctors in the world (esp. USA), and we need to stay healthier. Exercise and diet need attention based on accurate information, and reading my newsletter provides you information and your attention.
As a biochemistry professor since 1977 who has studied legitimate research about how how to extend healthspan, I send research notes from I read each week about the latest discoveries for healthy people wanting to stay that way, with links to professional publications, though I do also take notes on stuff from AARP and WebMD.
Please read my website/newsletter disclaimer linked here.
I was born in 1948. When I am 130, I expect those reading my newsletter will realize it contains wise advice. Here are the supplements I currently take and why linked here.
Why we age and how to slow those processes are explained at this link.
If you have questions, please email me: ordman@beloit.edu
Please also invite your friends. If everyone can stay healthy, it will prevent so much suffering and expense. I yearn for this newsletter to go viral so we can prevent so much suffering. Reading about legitimate nutrition once a week has been shown to increase healthspan by seven years. It is useful to speak with others about science-based nutrition and health. You can also contribute to my research and newsletter expense to help reduce others’ suffering by subscribing here.
Thanks for learning to stay more healthy. Please email all of your friends to help this site go viral. We need to help everyone pay attention to their health. -Roc
