GRG BO choices

Update: Dec, 2023 – Added:  Deprenyl 5mg weekly; Urolithin A; and Taurine.  And Senolytic cocktail back to monthly with Desatanib reduced to 50mg since suffered stomach aches from 150mg.

New test from TruDiagnostic:  Intrinsic Age 72.48; Extrinic Age 62.67; Dunedin Pace of Aging 0.97 and telomere length 6.74.

My health is still good at 89 (in Feb). No chronic diseases but definitely slowing down.

Input 2020: My wife (A) and I take 100mg of Desatanib, 1 gm of Quercetin, 1 gm of Fisetin and 500mg of Azithromycin one time quarterly. We were taking the same dosage monthly but changed to Quarterly a year ago to reduce the cost of Desatanib. No side effects. I’m not a biologist and can only rely on what I read, and at 86 I certainly have a lot of senescent cells to eliminate. For simplicity, I combine the most common anti-senescent products into a periodic treatment protocol that began as a monthly treatment and now a once every three months treatment. Below is an article re. Azithromycin. Some have implied that the different anti-senolytic products may target different tissues – hence my combination protocol. Antibiotics eliminate senescent cells associated with ageing (medicalxpress.com)
