Associations Between Repetitive Negative Thinking and Objective and Subjective Sleep Health in Cognitively Healthy Older Adults. In cognitively healthy older adults, Repetitive Negative Thinking was associated with sleep characteristics that have been implicated in increased dementia risk.
Supplementation with n-3 fatty acid, n-6 fatty acid, l-arginine, l-citrulline, folic acid, vitamin D, magnesium, zinc, α-lipoic acid, coenzyme Q10, melatonin, catechin, curcumin, flavanol, genistein, and quercetin showed moderate- to high-quality evidence for reducing CVD risk factors. β-carotene supplementation increased all-cause, CVD mortality events and stroke risk.\
Causal Relationship of Obstructive Sleep Apnea(OSA) with Bone Mineral Density(BMD) and the Role of BMI. Our findings provide support for a causal relationship between genetically predicted OSA and increased forearm BMD and heel BMD. Furthermore, our results suggest that OSA may play a role in mediating the influence of BMI on BMD.
Some 500,000 spinal cord injuries are sustained annually. Israel’s NurExone takes exosomes (nanoscopic particles released by cells to pass messages to one another) from bone marrow, adds siRNA to help regenerate cells, and delivers them via the nose and blood brain barrier to heal the spine.
Researchers at Israel’s Weizmann Institute have discovered a benign species of yeast named “Kazachstania weizmannii” in homage to Chaim Weizmann. It prevents the spread of Candida albicans, a strain of yeast which causes candidiasis, a fungal infection responsible for around 200,000 deaths per year.

Healthy Ligaments Are Vital to A Healthy Hip
People do not wake up one morning with advanced bone-on-bone hip osteoarthritis. Something causes it! Bone-on-bone hip osteoarthritis is the end result of continued, prolonged, unrelenting hip joint degeneration due to damaged, loose hip ligaments…and hip instability. The three main ligaments of the hip are usually very strong and when they are healthy can keep your hip stable. But when they become injured, the hip becomes unstable. With the instability, the hip ligaments and other soft tissue begin to wear, tear and weaken. The ball of the hip bone begins to rub the wrong way and degenerate. A healthy hip joint depends on healthy ligaments. Do researchers agree? Yes, Research Shows How Important Hip Ligaments Are! A study in the Journal of Biomechanics explained the importance of hip ligaments while stressing the need to save the ligaments. The researchers write, “Laboratory data indicate the hip ligaments prevent an excessive range of motion, may protect the joint against adverse loading, and contribute to synovial fluid replenishment at the cartilage surfaces of the joint. However, their repair after joint preserving (hip arthroscopy) or arthroplasty (hip replacement) surgery is not routine.”(1) You see, although these ligament structures are vital to the functioning of the hip, they are often not saved with surgery! Is there an alternative to surgery? Yes, Regenerative Orthopedics not only saves the ligaments…it repairs the ligaments and stabilizes the hip.
