Taurine
Nutrition Investigator now takes 1,000 mg in the morning. Here is another GRG member’s comment: In several studies Taurine is shown to protect against sarcopenia and neurodegenerative disorders. I have always considered taurine to be a highly important supplement, have been taking it at about 1.5 grams daily for probably 2 decades and show no sign of sarcopenia or neurodegenerative disorders.
